Speck ragù

Seasoned speck is used as an exclusive ingredient to revisit the typical meat sauce, creating a recipe with smoky aromas and strong flavors.


Italian tomato, 40% seasoned Speck (pork, salt, spices), fresh onions, celeriac, Trentino white wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, butter, sea salt, natural aromas, spices. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.


Ragout ready. Pour into a pan and heat, adding extra virgin olive oil if necessary, or alternatively place the pot without the lid in the microwave and heat slowly. Then season the pasta. It can also be served as finger food.
