Bolognese sauce

A reinterpretation of the ancient Bolognese recipe that has become a symbol of Italian cuisine, created for the occasion with only the noblest cuts of tender beef meats.

Ingredients

Beef 50%, Italian tomato, fresh vegetables in variable proportions (onions, carrots, celery), Trentino red wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, natural flavors, sea salt, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.

Pairings

The bolognese sauce goes well with egg pasta, polenta or traditional baked lasagna. It can also be served as finger food. Heat with a little olive oil or cooking water.
