Duck ragù

Specialty of the Venetian cuisine, strictly in white without tomato. Prepared with only duck and flavored with mustard and bay leaves.


Duck meat 60%, fresh vegetables in variable proportions (onions, celery), Trentino white wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, mustard, sea salt, natural flavorings, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.

Tips for use

It is served at the table with the traditional bigoli, but is also suitable as a filling for delicious slices of toast. Ideal for seasoning pasta or on toasted bread. It can also be served as finger food. Warm with a little olive oil or cooking water.
