Hare ragù
Typical peasant dish of central Italy, the hare ragout is made only with the best parts and with a strong taste, macerated in red wine and flavored with thyme.

Hare meat 60%, fresh vegetables in varying proportions (onions, carrots, celery), Italian tomato, Trentino red wine (sulphites), butter, Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, sunflower oil, vinegar, natural flavors , sea salt, natural flavors, lemon. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
Pairings
Exquisite with spaghetti and short pasta or on toast. Can also be served as finger food. Warm with a little olive oil or cooking water.
