Typical recipe simple and tasty revisited in our preparation using salted sardines from Lake Garda.
Fresh sardines 45%, fresh onion, salted lake sardines 8% (sulphites), Italian EVO oil, butter, salt, natural flavors, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
Tips for use
Historically combined with “bigoli”, a long and rough pasta of the Venetian tradition, it goes very well with a crostone or as a filling for savory pies and omelettes.
