Yellow sauce with char and capers
Arctic char is one of the noblest freshwater fish. It grows only in particularly clean and cold waters and from this comes its quality and delicacy of meat, in combination in our recipe with capers in salt and yellow tomatoes from Puglia with gentle and not very acidic notes.
Ingredients
Italian yellow tomato, 30% fresh arctic char, fresh onion, Italian EVO oil, capers, sunflower oil, rice flour, salt, natural flavors, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
Pairings
Excellent for seasoning pasta, it also lends itself very well to be used cold in addition to a salad or spread on a crostone of bread.
