Sauce with porcini and sausage
Appetizing dish that combines the sausage of our production with fine porcini mushrooms, all flavored with red wine from Trentino. Mountain flavors to be enjoyed with egg pasta.
Ingredients
Italian tomato, 30% sausage (pork, salt, spices, flavorings), fresh onion, Trentino red wine (sulphites), 4% porcini mushrooms, Italian extra virgin olive oil, smoked bacon, sea salt, natural flavorings, spices, celery. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
Pairings
Porcini and sausage sauce is ideal for dressing pasta or on toast. It can also be served as finger food. Heat with a little olive oil or cooking water.
