Venison Stew

Variant of stew that involves the hand processing of the noblest pieces of deer meat, macerated in red wine before cooking, as tradition dictates.


60% deer, fresh vegetables in variable proportions (chicken, carrot, celery), Trentino red wine (sulphites), sunflower oil, rice flour, Italian extra virgin olive oil, butter, pork bacon 1%, natural aromas, spices, sea salt. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.


Potatoes and polenta are the perfect side dish for this dish. Ideal as a second course paired with polenta or bread. Can also be served as finger food. Heat in pot or microwave without lid.
