Beef stew

Typical of Hungarian cuisine, “gulasch” stew has become a traditional Tyrolean and Trentino dish. Valuable pieces of beef are hand-processed and enriched with paprika, then simmered in the sauce.


Beef 60%, fresh onion, Italian tomato, smoked bacon (pork, salt, sugar, spices, aromas), Trentino red wine (sulphites), Italian extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, sunflower oil, butter , spices, sea salt, natural flavors, celery. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES AND WITHOUT GLUTEN.


Traditionally served with spatzle, canederli or polenta. Ideal as a second course with polenta or bread. Can also be served as finger food. Heat in a pot or in the microwave oven without a lid.
