Tonco del Pontesel
A typical Trentino sauce made from pork, beef and veal, used for centuries as a condiment for boiled potatoes or polenta heated for a few moments on the griddle of an old stove.

Tips for use
Having become a street food classic as a sandwich filling, enjoy in this soup as a one-dish meal with toasted croutons. Heat in pot or microwave without lid.
