A traditional Piedmontese green sauce, the undisputed star of this recipe is fresh parsley.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, vinegar, fresh parsley 17%, bread (Wheat flour, yeast, salt, water), hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers, anchovies, sea salt. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES.

Pairings

It goes well with boiled meats in the classic recipe, but it is also great for stuffing croutons or seasoning boiled fish. It can also be served as finger food. Stir before use.
