Tuscan crouton
A traditional Tuscan recipe, chicken livers are blended with Brandy during cooking to soften their strong flavor.
Ingredients
Chicken livers 70%, bovine liver, fresh onion, Trentino red wine (sulphites), butter, anchovies, Italian extra virgin olive oil, brandy, sea salt, capers, natural flavors, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE.
Tips for use
Excellent as an appetizer or aperitif with slices of toasted bread. Ideal to spread on toast or to dress pasta. Warm with a little olive oil or butter. They can also be served as finger food.
