Dandelion, bacon and balsamic vinegar
The dandelion is a spring/summer plant with a characteristic bitter note, here softened by the sweetness of the seasoned pork cheek of our production and the IGP balsamic vinegar of Modena.
Ingredients
Fresh milk, dandelion 15%, fresh onion, cured bacon 10% (pork, salt, spices, flavorings), Italian EVO oil, butter, Balsamic vinegar of Modena 3% (grape must, wine vinegar), smoked bacon (pork, salt, sugar, spices, flavorings), rice flour, sunflower oil, salt, natural flavorings, spices. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES AND WITHOUT GLUTEN.
Pairings
The strong balsamic and fruity notes make the mixture pleasant and appetizing to season a pasta, as a cream to spread on a crouton or as an ingredient in an omelette or savory pie.
